We recruit and coordinate qualified deck and engine personnel, including DP-qualified officers where required, for offshore supply, anchor-handling, and towing operations. Our services support crew changes, document verification, and mobilization based on vessel and project requirements.
We source and coordinate officers and ratings with relevant experience in LNG and LPG shipping, including cargo operations, reliquefaction systems where applicable, and terminal procedures. We support candidate screening, documentation, travel, and rotation planning in line with client requirements.
We support project-based recruitment and crewing for crew transfer vessels, service operation vessels, cable-laying vessels, and jack-up projects. Depending on the assignment, this may include GWO-certified technicians, ROV personnel, and experienced deck crews, with mobilization planning aligned to project schedules and HSE requirements.
We coordinate recruitment and crewing for individual assignments and larger maritime projects, including candidate screening, documentation, travel arrangements, and crew rotations. Contract and payroll coordination can be included where agreed, with clear communication and reporting throughout the assignment.
